March is National Women's History month, a time to celebrate the many contributions of women to our culture and society.

In the past 100 years, much has changed in our society. One major difference is that more women work outside the home. In 1900, less than 20 percent of women in the U.S. population were part of the paid labor force, compared with 60 percent in 2000.
